4M Holding

4M Holding is a structure Cesar Villares built to diversify investments, businesses and opportunities. It started with Go4it Capital alongside Marc Lemann back in 2015, and grew naturally from there into direct investing, advising, and co-creating new companies, with a small team of trusted partners and advisors on the journey. Today, 4M Holding oversees all of Villares' interests, alongside Go4it Capital.

Cesar Villares

Cesar Villares

Cesar Villares is a Brazilian entrepreneur and investor, and the co-founder of Go4it Capital alongside Marc Lemann. Since 2015, Go4it Capital has invested in leading global sports, gaming, wellness, and active-lifestyle companies including Strava, DAZN, Sorare, Live Mode/CazeTV and WSC. Cesar also helped establish On Running’s first operations in Brazil and supported Strava’s expansion, which has surpassed 30 million downloads in the region and 200 million worldwide.
In 2022, he founded 4M Holding to oversee his business ventures, family investments, and new opportunities. He also co-founded Mamba Water, now part of the Heineken portfolio in partnership with the founders of Zee.Dog.
Named Sports Executive of the Year in 2014 and a finalist again in 2018 alongside soccer legend Ronaldo Fenômeno, Cesar actively supports non-profit initiatives and serves as a trusted advisor to 3x Surf World Champion Gabriel Medina, the family of ATP rising star João Fonseca, and the ATP 500 Rio Open, where he was part of the founding team.
A former college tennis player at Concordia University Irvine, Cesar holds a degree in Business Management and Communication. He sits on the committees of Final Level Co and The Simple Gym. Born in Rio de Janeiro, he now lives in Cascais, Portugal, with his wife, Maria Roberta, and their two daughters, Maria Antonia and Maria Eduarda.

Marc Lemann

Partner & Co-investor

Marc Lemann is an investor and entrepreneur with a broad range of business and investment experience. He is founder of Maai Ltd. (public equities and venture investments ) and co-founder of Go4it Capital with Cesar, investing in sports technology, digital media, and wellbeing since 2016. He serves on the board of Restaurant Brands International (NYSE/TSX: QSR), as well as on the boards of Stichting Anheuser-Busch InBev, São Carlos Empreendimentos (B3), LTS Investments, the Laver Cup, and Instituto Tênis. Marc was an early investor at ONON ( Nasdaq). He graduated from Columbia University with a B.A. in Economics.

Rodin Spielmann

Advisor, Finance & Governance

Rodin Spielmann is a finance executive with more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance, capital markets, and investor relations in Brazil. He currently serves as CFO of NG.CASH, a Brazilian fintech, a role he has held since 2022. Earlier in his career, he was CFO and Investor Relations Officer at Bemobi (B3: BMOB3) and at Ideiasnet S.A. (B3: IDNT3), leading both companies through their IPOs on B3 and through M&A processes. He completed the Program of Leadership Development (PLD) at Harvard Business School in 2020 and is based in Rio de Janeiro.

João Quinelato

Legal, Family Affairs

João Quinelato is a lawyer and legal scholar specializing in Civil Law, with a practice focused on corporate and civil litigation. He is a partner at Quinelato Advogados, based in Rio de Janeiro, and previously worked with organizations including Vale, Grupo Globo, EBX, and State Grid Brazil Holding. He holds a Ph.D. and a Master's in Civil Law from UERJ, conducted research at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law, and is a professor of law at Ibmec. He also serves as Vice President of the Civil Law Commission of OAB-RJ.

Amanda Peres Fernandes

Legal, Corporate Affairs (4M Group)

Amanda Peres Fernandes is a corporate lawyer specializing in Corporate Law, with a focus on M&A transactions and corporate governance. She is a partner at Peres Ferreira Advogados, a Rio de Janeiro-based firm she co-founded in 2020. She holds a law degree and a Master's in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV), where her thesis examined the role of independent board members in mitigating related-party transactions.
